Here's my theory about the origins of Magic. Magic stared out as what it is today, court jesters doing tricks. But way back when these people didn't realize it wasn't real. Then ancient wizard nerds, much like the ones today, thought it was real and tried it, failed miserably, learned that it was a trick, were to afraid to admit they were wrong, convinced everyone else it was real and viola! The beginning of peoples belief in magic!

 Now, "magic" was something the people of that time believed, its same to us and politics, "good" politics exist because we believe in it, in the future, we all will look behind and say "Yeah, there was no good politician, after all" and we will all cry, remembering in the old times when we believed in it.

 I mean, who here wasn't sure at least one time in your life that Santa Claus DO exist?
