Custom Charset Needed

Hello guys, I've been gone for a while >_>. Anyway I have a request...obviously XD. Would someone please help me with this one? It would be AWESOME o.o

Anyway this is for my main character.

Name     :  Reizei Diego
Age      :  Ten
Eyes     :  Blood Red
Hair     :  White/Silver/Grey (Extremely Long)
Clothes  :  Black Gi, Grey Belt, White Wristbands
Skin     :  Light Tan

He chould be shorter than normal charsets.
