A little info for those of us who aren't psychic...

And unless you've made a better program, I don't suggest you trash it just yet =/

When i was tryyign to download SIm Rpg Maker (I found it, but dont understand it either) i found a program called Tactical Rpg Maker, which is supposled to be better than SRM, andvery easy to use. But since it was onyl 14% or 15% or somethhing like that translated to english, and i have slow dial-up, i didn't download it. Try looking for Tactial Rpg Maker, see if it's translated yet.

P.S. I have never been able to find it again after that.

If you want to make a tactical rpg game you could aways buy rmxp and download a tactical battle system script to import into your game. I see them around a lot.

But yeah, I wouldn't sugest sim rpg maker at all, its about as good as the psx rpg maker, which was good at the time, but now is way out dated.

Hell Yeah! Just recovered all my old rm2k/3 games from my 10 year old, broken laptop hard drive that had been formatted and had a new OS installed on it. Oh, and I did all of this from my phone. WIN

I have it and I donīt see anything wrong with it...
Exept for the fact that the recourses must be Bmp, there are no default things exept for Hero and Fire... And the fact that you canīt import and have to paste a picture in the project folder with the same name as recourse if you want to replace it.

And why not the lack of chipsets and variaton, the fugged up switches and odd facesets, the fact that villagers usually go closecombat and that enemies are hyped, defense means alot and that the chance of miss seems like 50%?

Well the only good thing with it is the ability to use your mouse during game, and the fe-styled gameplay and ffta magic possebility.

My opinion have been written down in this post, enjoy.
