A Strange Character Set Request

I need A Cruella DeVil (Disney Version) Character set.
I'm going to be making An Rm2k Game
about Cruella Growing Up in London
And being involved in The Underground
Crime World....
o.o

I need Her, with Her Black hair, And only a stripe of white...
Somewhere in the middle.
Character sets of Half black, half white characters
don't usually work out well...
Anyway, Ill put some pictures up of her.
And If possible could someone also Do The lackeys?
The Two guys Who are with her in one of those pictures...
RTP style would be great.
White Mink Coat is the trademark and a must for Cruella.

Whoever makes this wins a car BTW.

It took forever, Because I need more practice....
