Does anyone know of a FREE 3D graphic program?

does anyone know of a FREE (if not one with a free trial with limited capabilities) 3D graphic program?  I saw all the awesome things that are made available with something like that for RM and I was wondering. :

There is actually a 3D RPG editor for the PC, I have it, but unfortunately, it's all in japanese. There's an RPG Maker 3, for PlayStation 2, if your into that kinda' thing, but it's very limited when it comes to towns and such.

no, I mean graphic designers.  such as a program that lets me make a river area, a mountainous picuture, but in a 3D style.  something like the intro scene of Menzoberrean if you ever played it.  I only want one because its really difficult making mountain areas on RM.

Oh, my apologies, haha I feel stupid. I sure you might be able to find some decent  3D graphics if you google some..good luck, and sorry again., Linkizcool's, link work that terrain editor program looks fine.
