Hello guys i've been wondering if anyone knows how to make a beach / shore like seiken densetsu 3.

Easiest way would be to get an emulator and rom for it, then rip the graphics directly from the game and use them how you wish.

i've already have an emulator, the only problem is that i dont know how to do that.

Unless I've been doing it wrong, it's a somewhat tedious process of taking screenshots and editing the parts you want out of the rest of the image, then arranging them as a resource.

This is simplified somewhat by turning off different layers.
I can't quite remember where it is in ZSNES, but it's pretty easy to find.
