Hi sir! Here is the first official PUB developer's request!

I've tried to make a post sticky and locked. Is it possible to have then work toghether? Wheni try to stick i lose locking and viceversa.

If you want a sticky which is also locked, just post an announcement trough the ADMIN PANEL!

(i can't just change this easily; the "type" of post is specified by just one number etc.. unless you TRULY want this..
