Mr Fabulous

Stupidly, I've built up the reputation of this guy called 'Mr Fabulous' in my game, who's been missing for a while and turns out to have been kidnapped, but I just realised that I don't have a charset that suits him >.>

He owns a hat store and would have an extravagant hat... Other than that he'd just generally fit his name. I'm not asking for someone to make him, but does anyone have a charset that fits the description?

I remember this one character with a blue pimp hat that flicks his hat up in a seperate character set.  I'll have to go looking for him at some point.
