SSJ RTP?

I don't exactly remember who, but I recall someone using an avatar of an RTP-style battle character with a black cloak and Super Saiyan hair. If whoever you are is reading this, I apologize for not remembering your name.

Now, my memory has been really screwed up lately, but I seem to recall seeing an entire battlechar sheet like that. I've looked through the CR, but cannot find anything. Does this battlechar exist, or am I just out of touch with reality again?
