Chipset for Prison / Asylum

Hi, I'm looking for a RM2K chipset for a present day or slightly futuristic prison or asylum. White / greyish walls, barred windows, metal doors and a sterile, gloomy atmosphere, that kind of stuff. NO medieval dungeon!  ;)
Does anyone know such a chipset?
