I really wanna create an RPG, but I have some questions:

1: How do I do it? (Step-by-step instructions, please)
2: Is it free?
3: I don't want any money or serious fame - how do I prevent this?
4: Is there an age restriction?

1. Get the program, pick create new project, look into the help file for any other information.

2. If you download it illegally yes, which you have to with rpgm2k3 because there is no official english release

Heh. There are commercially available versions of the software in English. Here's one that might do the trick (though, most of us are familiar with older versions, so we may not be of much help with this one).

It's $70 (unless you luck out and catch a sale). You'll need to sign up for a free Steam account and download their client (it's ok, Steam has about the best reputation on the internet). That's the best head-start I can offer.

Thanks for calling me bright. Usually, I just get called the freak I admit I am! Anyway, I looked up Cleverbot conversations on Google. A Charas user made a forum, and then I did on the account I then created. Then again, I discover everything on Google these days.
