That's difficult. That's very difficult. Try making poses with just the sets you have now.

i know...but you know...this place is infested with sprite masters!!! and what's a game without poses? well...depends on what kind of game you're making right? well...i do try to make poses with the charsets i currently have...and it ain't no holiday, i can tell you that...the best i ever made was people holding their arm as if it was bleeding...but oh well...it may be hard job, but you know what poeple say...hard works pays off...or something like that...
i will try to make pose sets...when i'm in the mood for rm2k-related stuff...cuz WC3 is also one of my fave games...and i get carried off once i play it...

I think, we need first a 1-2 Posentemplates (like the naked body-resources), then we can start to add resources etc.

Those look cool Baby Catjuh! Perhaps ya could start by putting a couple pose templates in the online version and then work from there..... ;)  Don't need to do too much now.

BTW couldja do me a fave.... I need poses for a character.....but if they're going online....that would be cool too.  LMK.  Thanx.

Well...
Pose generator is not really hard to create, tecnically.
But about resourcing, we need to define how should they work.
In other words, i need answers to some question (everyone's invited to answer).

1) The "pose generator" has to be an indipendent generator or incuded in the battlechar generator?

2-1) base bodyes: which are the 8 poses that we wanna include?
2-2) only one base body (8 poses) or more (16, 24, 32, ecc..)?

If in 2-2 your answer is "more base bodyes" which are the 16, 24, 32, ecc.. poses we wanna include?

3) naturally, there are spriters that will create resources for it? This will be a long work, because we are talking about a totally new base-set.

Everyone which is interested may answer: more opinions i have, better the work can be done! ;)

I would it integrate in the Online-Charas-Maker.

I make it (in charas.ex) so: When the user click on a resource, i now also store the name. When the use change the set, charas.ex will now look, if in the set a resource with the same name, charas.ex will automatic load the resource.

So when you create a char in the mid section and switch then to the battle section, charas.ex will recalculate with the batte-section (if the resources exist).

Same for poses etc.

That sounds pretty good.  No need for a whole new program.... just put it into one of the existing ones.
