Why won't it Save?

On the online Character Battle Generater then save it just doesn't show up when I try to upload it? I need that Battle Character for RPG Maker 2003 but no luck on getting it in. Anyone know why It won't show up? When I go to select it it doesn't show any saved files.

Put ".bmp" at the end of the filename or it might save as .php or as a "file".
