Best Graphical Resourcer of The Month

Each month, I MIGHT Start a contest, if not, I'll try to get
Shane to fill for me. We Need:
Contestants
Voters
You Can't be Both!
2) You have to present 3 of any kind of picture resource (Charset,
BSet, Battleweapon..)  3 resources in total... Now,
The voters,  (NO maximum, But a time limit becoming one)
Contestants post their samples, and the voters nominate
Their favorite, each gets one vote. If you are planning a none
graphical Resource (e.g midi) That's okay, They just are put
lower on the list due to being both rare and non graphical.
When the votes are tallied, The Prize is: A custom Battleweapon
By me (Shane MIGHT Do you a midi, Not sure..) Not that it's
worth it, but it's also fun to see who gets cut..

Am I allowed to hold this, And do you like it?

Hmm I may enter, I'm mainly working on rmxp gfx now for my new game, thus I don't have much time to work on rm2k(3) stuff. If I get time though I may enter.
