1. Please don't use the shadow effect, it makes your question hard to read.

2. They have to be PNG, 72 pixels by 128 pixels, with a white background.
While in the gegerators, scroll down to the bottom in the bottom-left frame, and login with your name and password. Then, click Browse, and look foryour resource. Upload it, then click it.
