Do you have a CD burner drive? Do you have blank disks? Do you have any programs to burn CDs with?

It depends on how large your game and Photoshop are. Most blank disks have a capacity of 800 MB.

Have you tried putting a blank CD in and then load it up from Windows...it burns files still and it works. It's an easy way to burn CDs.

I don't think ROXIO does regular files, but Windows does have a built-in burner (if you computer is new enough) So just insert the CD and send the files you wish to burn to your D drive and the click burn. It's very easy, and you should have no problems if your computer is up to date.
