I don't understand what you mean.
If you mean, how to attach i picture to post your about to edit, then simple answer: You can't.
But i am not quite sure what you mean?

Yes you can, make a Photobucket.com account, upload the picture and paste the IMG code in your post.

No you can't. You can use the IMG tags, yes, but you can't
attach
something when you edit it.
