I once knew a guy on another forum that wore skirts in public. He said that a lot of guys he knew did... it kind of creeped me out at first, but then I realized that he could do whatever he wanted and I left him alone.

Pfft, I wear whatever I choose, jerseys included. Because sometimes it's nice to have loose clothes, but um...Trev..if you want to be a female...er...why do you think I care? :p and I dun wear makeup, unless it's like lipgloss cause it's annoying and I don't need it. So, wh00t!

The scary part is. It's windy in Scotland and they usely don't wear underwear under a kilt.

You're not SUPPOSED to wear underwear under the kilt.  It's like, a tradition.  Go to a Scottish parade, you'll notice that all of the parade members' kilts are checked to make sure they're not wearing underwear.

On another note,  I knew a really cool guy, Dillan, he would wear skirts, kilts, fishnets, whatever he wanted.  He had a mohawk.  Come to think of it, Ryan (Hot Topic skirt guy) looks and acts just like him.

My kind of girl ^^ (I'm not saying that you are my girlfriend)
I don't like fashion freaks and I don't like girls that uses tons of make-up, sadly I never seem to find those kinds of girls -_- I'm jinxed...
Loose clothes are the kind of clothes I'm most comfortable in, I usually wear over sized clothes if it's available ^^

The reason it's frowned upon in America is that most of us are uncomfortable with public near-nudity, and skirts have a tendency to get a bit blowy in the wind. Personally I'd rather not have my parts hanging out like crazy, nor would I like them strapped up against me in panties.

I mean, it's all fine and dandy and your right, but I still think it's wierd to want to wear women's clothing for anything beyond a prank(and even then, just like a dress and some fake hair or something).
