If the file isn't very big, then just use the "Add an attatchment" option at the bottom when you post a message. But if the image is huge, it would be a good idea to host the image yourself to save the site's bandwidth and a little of Alex's money. Upload the image at http://www.photobucket.com or http://www.imageshack.us/ and link to it with the IMG tag.
