-Terranon: He also told me about you guys.

-Des: Perhaps you and Revvan should look that up.

Marvin: What do I do now? If there is no Pest Control then what does that make of my affiliation with uhhh... *looks at Des* what are we again?

Sentana: *slaps forehead*

Neon: ...uhhh... wait a minute, *looks at Tink* how did you know my name?

-Des: Marvin, wasn't it? Since Pest Control is disbanded, so is the part of our organization dealing with it. However, the intelligence gathering and supernatural/paranormal investigation parts are still active, as well as anything dealing with the Miscreations. Don't worry, you still have a job.


-Tink: Neon? You don't remember?

-Noirija: ...he wouldn't have. I placed a memory inhibitor within his brain.

-Neon: What?

-Noirija: ...allow me to explain.


About 20 years ago, I became aware of your condition. You are not a Miscreation, yet you are not fully human... which intrigued me. I made a deal with your parents, which allowed me to take you back to my headquarters for a year, and study you.
I was not able to reach a conclusion that fully explains your power, so I tried replicating it in other humans. I named them "Sein", meaning "Super" in our native language. Tink was the third successful sein experiment of 50; the other experiments died while still in the womb. Th other two have since been euthanized, as their brain tissue had degenerated greatly, and they were little more than mindless beasts. There are others, but most of them are out in the field right now.
In any case, at the end of the year, I was not done studying you, so I kept you longer. During this time, Tink was born, and the two of you seemed to connect - likely because it was part of your power that I placed in her. I was intrigued further by this, and left you two be.

I ended up keeping you for 5 years. But even at the end, I was not able to find exactly what your secret is, but I believe that you are an incarnation of a Miscreation that died millenia ago. Who or what exactly, I do not know.
At the end of the first year, I placed a memory inhibitor within your parent's brains, that made them forget about you. At the end of the 5 years, I also placed one inside of you, which made you forget about this place, and replaced your memories with false ones of you growing up in your hometown. I returned you to your parents at the end of the 5 years, and modified their chips so they had similar memories to yours. I did not place one within Tink, as I had confidence that you would not come in contact with her.

Aoi: Given that it's still functioning propperly, I could only imagine how electronic equiptment would fair inside you as compared to those outside...

Neon: *flashback of the electronic locks in the hotel exploding* Eheheheh... *sweatdrop* it's almost random when that happens... I don't know why.

But yes, I was made aware of his... abilities... shortly after I got him. We had to replace most of the electronic equipment in our lab because he had a stomach virus...

-Jothai: The chip... is it Tomorae?

-Noirija: Based off of their technology. None of my current technology would have survived within Neon's brain.

-Des: Marvin, will you be coming back with us to Kyoto?

Marvin: Yes sir. But uhhhh... what do we do with Sentana?

Neon: So wait, if I know about this now then wouldn't the inhibit... ow my head.

Sentana: ...In all the excitement I have forgotten my mission... *puts hand over face*

-Noirija: It was not designed to self-destruct when overridden... but even the most durable of computers wears out after 20 years.
It likely won't make sense to you now, Neon, but keep thinking about it, and see if you remember anything else.

-Des: Then we'll go. Perhaps we will all see each other again...

*Des opens a rift.*

-Des: This will take you to wherever you need to go. Just know where you want to go before you step into it.

Neon: Hmmm... uh... *a figure comes down with a heavy landing, experiment 7341* egh!!
