What is BitTorrent?

BitTorrent is a peer-to-peer file-sharing protocol designed by Bram Cohen (http://www.bitconjurer.org), and a family of of BitTorrent compatible clients (software) support this p2p protocol. BitComet is a C++ BitTorrent client running on Windows, compatibale with BitTorrent along with many enhancement.

BitTorrent is designed to facilitate file transfers among multiple peers across unreliable networks. While downloading, clients will simultaneously upload already downloaded data to other BitTorrent clients interested in that data.

The HTTP/FTP way (Problem: more customers require more bandwidth):

In other words once you decompress the file from the torrent you just delete it.

A simple pic will show you how to Download what is inside the Torrent

-_-' Don't be dense, they are telling you how to use the torrent files, you download bittorrent and install it then you can click on the torrent file and start downloading.

Tornado is good yes. Used it myself.
But I found Azureus better. Try out all 3 and pick the one that suits best for you.

IF we can talk and give links to BT files then why not Roms? If you're gonna get into BT stuff, get a firewall, Iso program, 120% Alcohole,
Deamon Tools, a good codec pack, and bit tornado.. That's all I shall tell you, all those will play a key role, depending on what you download using BT.

I'm sure once you get the hang of it, you'll be just like us!

*Brings up BitComet. Checks to see if his Zim episodes are finished.*
