What I am doing wrong?

I'm trying to include a link to my site in my signature through an image.  I have made.  I have posted it exactly the way it's supposed to in my signature.  Here is what I have put:
[URL'=http://MySite][IMG']http://MyImage[/IMG'][/URL']

Replace MySite with...My site
Replace MyImage with...My Image.

Now, I tried that exact same format on another site, and it worked.  I tried it here, it did not work.  So, what am I doing wrong.  I've seen signatures with "Link-Pictures" in it, so I know it's possible.  Please help.

P.S.  Sorry if there has already been a similar topic.  I've seen a couple similar ones, but no exact ones.
