 Oookay. My signatures are getting crappier everytime I do one (and I do at least 3 a week), I need YOUR opinion. (Uncle Sam's pose).
 I just don't know whats wrong with this one I did, besides the fact the effect is overused, someone has a good idea. (And I just can't make the small text be readable or as good as the name...)

It looks fine to me.  Maybe you just feel theyre getting crappier because perhaps you're doing the same type of thing over and over again.  Perhaps you just need new inspiration.  It's hard to say what's wrong, when you didn't explain WHY you think it's crappier.  Like I said though, looks good to me.

 I dunno... I have good ideas to signatures, but I just can't make it look like what I want. This signature is a exeption: It looks 80% as what I planed. But the current signature I'm using now (the ninja) is my worse, I think, I mean, just look at it, theres nothing at all, but some opacity changing and many layers. In my first signatures, I at least could make some effects on the fonts or anything like that, but now, it just doesn't looks good to me...

It's not bad, but some what I see wrong with is the size, I'd make it smaller, maybe add some kind of border, and the colors just seem a little.. "off"..

I like that signature but it does need to be a bit smaller and a border wouldn't hurt, maybe green? I dunno I'm not good at sigs unless I have inspiration.

If you think your makings become crappier, then try a different style.

 Well, I really dunno how to make it in another style...

 And, about the bord, I just can't do it! I never made one, and don't even know where to start.

Try a 1 px dark green border that is a little smaller than the picture. Put a layer of white over what is outside the border, and lower the opacity. To make the font readable, try either printing the same text in black or white and placing it in the layer under. If that doesn't work, try running an airbrush under it in black or white.
