Another suggestion:
This bugs the crap out of me. In your first shot at the top, you have a blue book just above the text box that is sitting on thin air, either that or sitting on the back of the pues.
And, also, another tip is to add different floor types. For example, in your stoarge area, you have the ground all the same type. I use that same chipset, and know for a fact that it has around 8 different ground types that you can use. Try putting a few here and a few there, but no so much as that the map looks like a painting done by a three year-old. Your mapping skills are improving, but you just need to fine tune some certin parts.
Oh, and one last thing. Because that shot only shows a small area, I don;t know if this applies or not but I'll say it just incase. Your walls (being the ones that seperate the land that the bridge is connected to to the land below the bridge, not the land to the roof) are a wee bit to straight. If you add some random jets and curves every few tiles or so, it will gives things a more nature-like apperence, unless it's supposed to be more man made, then I suppose having flat walls would be more man madeish. But still, random jets make things look a wee bit better in my opinion.
Edit- Missed the last picture, most likly because I was typing while you posted it or something. You will find which of the suggestions still apply and which don't.

Honestly, I liked is with the black better.
What I ment by the stuff being to straight is that you need to add curves in the walls, thats all. But, no matter, it really doesn't matter. If it's an event, people won't be paying attention to the walls and crap.
