Thank you, RPG LORD! :)

I just whipped this one up real fast and it turned out pretty good. I'm so original... it's a sad harp and strings piece that I called sad harp and strings. :p

Anyway, these pieces that I've been making lately that aren't going toward my game are most likely going to a collection of midi files I'm making called "CK's RTP MIDI Alternatives." Big Battle 1 and 2 will most definitely be in there, and possibly... Big Battle 3?  :o Who knows? :D

Anyway, here's the new one.

I finally a completed a final battle theme! Titled... you guessed it... final battle! I felt it was necessary to put in where it loops back to, so it goes through that twice, making it seem longer than it is. It's still my longest, though. ;) Enjoy! This will definitely be going toward my RTP MIDI alternatives collection!

I like it, not all of it, but I still like it better than RTP. I don't think it's your best work, but it's still pretty sweet. Good job!

Thanks dren! I can probably take a good guess at the parts you don't like as much. ;) *cough*organ*cough*

Well, here's a MIDI for a secret side project a friend and I were discussing, a different friend than the SW one. I can't focus my attention enough to just work on one game, so I've kinda experimenting with some other stuff lately. Non-RM stuff. But anyway, it's nothing too big. So here's a MIDI I made for the first stage. See if you can notice what it's meant to resemble. I think there are a million giveaways to this one. It's really a no-brainer if you've ever played this certain game...

Also let me know what you think of it! ;)

(BTW I'm just getting out of a MIDI writer's block.)

Nope, it isn't Kirby. Lol, I thought the title alone might give it away. Maybe you haven't played the game it's from or maybe I did better than I thought making it sound different!

Anyway, it's from Sonic 1 on the Genesis. It's based on Green Hill Zone.  If you haven't played it, you should definitely try it at least once. I think it's a game anyone can enjoy and just jump into (especially for Sonic 3/& Knuckles). I'm glad you like it, btw. :) Phase 2 is in production. It's basically a remix of that.

Oh yeah, and here's Green Hill Zone (file taken from VGMusic) if you want to do a comparison.

EDIT: WHOA! I just tried playing them at the same time and they blend almost perfectly! Amazing!

Yeah, I recognize it. Sonic the Hedgehog on Master System was my first videogame ever.
Final Battle was a bit overdone in my opinion, but it was good.

Wow, Coaster, nice work. Final battle was, I think, a very classical battle, in the sense it sounds like it comes from the 1500's.

I bring you my first MP3!!!

First MP3.

Ok, now it's my first one so it isn't perfect (note the tempo errors). It's an mp3 version of a midi I made, which you can find here.
 MIDI Version

Comments extremely appreciated! :D I don't mind if you like the midi version better. Part of me does too, but only because of the tempo problem, which is constantly fixed throughout the mp3. You'll see what I mean.

I see you got a putfile account. Very cool dude. Nice MP3 BTW, I have an MP3 audio file maker thing and I understand how hard it is to get the tempos to match just right. So kudos to you man! :)

Listening and liking Breakthrough. Sounds like a castlevania (sp?) theme. Pretty neat.
