 User A doesn't like user B.
 But saying nasty things out loud isn't good.

 So user A pretends to be user C and flame user B, but no one can prove user A is user C, so user A isn't banned as he should.

Also, practical information: You can just go to your friends, log him out, log in as yourself, post, log out and all you'll get is him complaining that he has to log in again.

Hey hey.  Yeah chars can be strick in certain categories.  But in more you should be fine.  Though people tend to jump all over you if you happen to utter anything that may resemble anger, threat or anything like that, even though it may not be.  As seen in the response to razors comment.

You should be fine as long as your aware of those types of things. And try to be clear on what you mean. lol.
