If coughing caused a cracked rib, I'm afraid that all the coughing I've been doing could cause me to feel his pain. Oh well. Whatever doesn't kill us makes us stronger, right? Excluding medical things. Like heart attacks.
There's only one guy I know that's done that and become stronger because of it, and that's a cartoon character.
