How Do I send my game to the Beta Testers?

...Uh...the title says it all...how do I do it? Note: I know that the games aren't to be sent HERE--that much I know...how do I send it to the Beta Testers? Also...in case that this isn't the right place for this question...uh, sorry.

Simply ask someone to Beta Test it in your thread, then send it to them through email or link or w/e, and they'll post a topic about it in Beta Testers thread.
