Haha, it took me a while to get it too, basically, jsut stay in front of Rosie's view. Even when she turns. It's hard, but very neat.

LOTR is a big improvement from the X-Men game, i lvoe it, only one problem, when I left the shire with Ganandorf and I came up to the town, it kicked me off my horse and psuhed me on the other side of the town, now I can't get back to my horse and I think I've gone to town Im' not suppose to go to yet. If I'm remembering the LOTR right.

Ya, the graphics are simple for a few reasons, mainly to give room to maneuver, and also because I didn't want it looking as good as LOTR.
I know it can be hard at first, but I think it's best to have the learning curve at the start.
In the danger room you just use Beast to kill all the bots you can, then you'll be told what to do next.  Keep moving and try to only attack lone bots away from the group.  Are you exaggerating about getting killed in one hit, because it should take several, though it is random damage.
You can use the first aid in the menu to heal, or start with the save file included and you'll be a lot stronger with lots of items.
Really though, if you're still stuck in the danger room you haven't even scratched the surface.
X-Men is actually a lot more complex technically, though I put more work into LOTR.  LOTR was my first game, so it gets better as you go, as I learned more, especially ABS stuff, so my idea for X-Men came out of that, but it was supposed to just be a sideline project so I didn't go nuts from LOTR.

What town are you stuck in?
I'm thinking it's the little one just east of Hobbiton.
Did Gandalf say something like "I mustn't tarry here"?
I'll fix it ASAP, but in the meantime, make sure you get off your horse before entering another area, I guess I didn't consider that.
Sorry, I thought i got all the bugs...

For Rosie's dancing, just (try to) stand face to face with her at all times.  You should get it eventually if you keep trying, but listening for the cue in the music helps a bit.  Make sure you're using Sam though or it won't count.

Yah after Osgiliath, it said GAME OVER even tho i defeated all of the orcs. What's up with that?

And is there any other way I can just chose to skip it, cuz I saved afterwards, and I don't wanna have to play the game over again...

Did you get the cut scene on the bridge from TTT and Gandalf leaves?
I think one of your party members must have been dead, when it removes characters for the next scene you're left with only dead ones at some point.  I'll have to fix that.  Once you go to Osgiliath you can't get out of it though.

I checked the code, and if Boromir is alive you should be OK.  Hopefully you have a take, but if not you'll have to wait a while till I get the fix up, which should be very soon, I'll upload it right away.

I never thought of switching back mid-dance.  You'd probably lose anyway, but dancing (well) with Sam is necessary to complete the party, so just don't do it with Frodo, unless you really want to master rpgmaker dancing for some reason.
There's better mini-games to come though.
Actually, I should warn you that in the "Simon" game you can probably screw up the game's variables pretty bad if you get up above 50 turns or so.  Again, I can't imagine anyone wanting to do that, but just in case.

Yes, I was serious about the X-Men glitch, and the save file is glitchy too. and Yeah, that's what Gandalf said ,and then he walked across the town and when I tried to go back, i couldn't cuz he'd say " I musn't tarry here", and walk back where I just came from. >.< and I can go to the Prancing Pony, and when I go to that town, Frodo and Sam and the other two are suddenly with me. That's why I don't think i was suppose to be able to go past the town.

Ok...so you can only save on the world map? Well that's not very nice. Cuz I need to restart my computer and I can't leave the Shire until I complete everything.

OK, the bug with the horse is fixed now.
There's really nothing you can do if that happens, you'll have to start over from your last save I'm afraid.

I don't understand how it was even possible for you to be killed in one hit in X-Men, so I really can't fix it.  The robots can only do a maximum of 20 damage minus half your defense, and Beast starts with 100 HP.  I have no idea how that can happen, I can't seem to kill myself in less than 10 hits.
On the save game the engine is turned off when you start.  I can't believe I overlooked it, but until I fix it you can get things working by going back to the green console and exiting the menu.
Should be fine after that.

You can save in Hobbiton inside Bag End, if you go to the bed in the room with red carpeting.  Unfortunately many parts could be messed up by saving mid-scene, but I tried to put in ample save points, though I probably should have made them more obvious.

Okay, well I'll redownlaod both of them somtimes tomorrow. I have a suspicion that X-Men somehow got messed up while downloading and  unzipping. Tho I don't know how, I guess it could happen.

Ah, I think I know what's going on...

Are you running the game in RM2k3, just with the 2K RTP installed in the 2K3 folder?
When I open X-Men in RM2K3 all characters end up with minimum stats, meaning only 1 HP.  If that's the case, you will definitely be killed in one hit every time.
Use the 2K RTP.exe file from the download to play and it should work.

Harmony.DLL can be found in the RM2k folder wher you installed RM2k. Copy and paste it into the RM2k3 folder wher you installed RM2k3, and the folder where the RM2k3 game is.

You guys know you can download it and convert it to rm2k3, right? Well, I had a different problem. I went to play it and it said, File Future 1 is missing. Any idea what's up with that?

Another RTP glitch. Copy and paste Future1.png from the rm2k(3) rtp folder and put it in the charasets folder of the game.

He's right... there seems to be a quote bug.

Let's see if I can make matters worse:
