Fallen: On this voyage there is no definition between races. We are all members of Creation. understand? Galen, you will be doing no more cleaning than anyone else. I have far better use for your mutant abilities.

Galen: ...

Fallen: Who here is willing to go with the voyage to the end? Is there anyone who wishes to back out now?

[drenrin2120]

*A murmur arrises from the crew again. Some seem doubtful, others unwavering.*

Bemnonth: Sir, we've come from our seperate worlds to be here on this ship and join you on this voyage. I doubt anyone is willing to back out now. I'm with you, even unto hell's gates if need be.

[Drace]

J.D.: I've got nothing nor no one waiting for me back home. I'm going with you to the end of time itself on this voyage.

[Moosetroop11]

Fallen: Excellent. In that case, be ready. We leave tommorow, as everything has been prepared in advance. Any questions?

[Drace]

J.D. raises his hand in the air, with his pointer and middle finger straight together.

J.D.:  Just one. Has there ever been any investigation in whatever happend to the others? I mean. There could be a giant deadtrap out there. Or a continent full with the damned. Or the edge of the world.*

(Since you said people haven't found other continents nor have gone in space, I assume they think the world is flat like the people in our past

Fallen: We are the investigation. Research into the dissapearances is a priority. With our unique abilities, we will hopefully be able to overcome any problems. If the egde of the world is near, all the more reason to chart it, and make sure no-one falls victim to it.

Fallen looks at J.D properly for the first time.

Fallen: I'm not saying this is going to be easy.

[Drace]

J.D. looks sharply at Fallen.

J.D.:  This raises another question. Are we armed? And if we are, what do we have and how much do we have off it? You can't expect us to go into the unknow unarmed. Tell us, what nice gadgets have you gotten us to play with if we encounter one of these worst-case scenario's?

J.D. smiles as he lays his feet on the table and leans back against the wall.

Bemnonth: The edge of the world? And I guess you think our entire continent of creation is riding on the back of a turtle?

*Bemnonth eyes are a light with a knowing fire*

Bemnonth: I may not know what we'll encounter, but I refuse to believe that.

[Drace]

J.D.: I meant it in a theoretical sence. We don't know what's beyond the Great Ocean. Anything could be out there. I'm just saying that we should be prepared.

Bemnonth: Well, I can agree with you in that sense. We could encounter some unexpected things.

[Moosetroop11]

Fallen: As for weapons and equipment, you will be supplied with what you desire. This trip is worth a great deal to the government. You may tell gary *Gestures towards a member of the crew* if you need anything before we leave tommorow and he will do his best to supply it. We have been given a standard supply of weaponry, both melee and ranged, which is already on board, so only ask for something if you need something specific.

[Drace]

A smile appears on J.D.'s face.

J.D.: "Holy Water," he says. "Bottles with Holy Water."

[Kinslayer]

Galen heard the entire conversation silently. Then he got up and sayd: "Well, since the supplies are not a problem, then I guess that I shall go take some rest. I'll see you tomorrow". As he was leaving towards a little inn next to the pier, Galen felt more happy and excited than other times. He felt that he could trust this people.

[Drace]

J.D. checks his watch. It's one of those old ones. Not digital, not showing seconds. A silver watch with a golden plate with something that seems to be inscriptions.

J.D.: "Yeah, I should go to my quarters too. 'Early to bed and early to rise keeps a man young, fit and strong', as Benny Frank said."

He puts his feet down on the ground, get's up and leaves the room.
