Fallen: Here, help me wedge this against the hole. As long as we slow the water flow, we'll be okay. *Looks at wood* An excellent job, these are perfect.

Fallen and Galen struggle, but succeed to wedge a heavy piece of wood against the hole.

Fallen: I'll do what I can to slow the water further- when John arrives he can help me. Galen, I need you to get to the bridge and begin automatic bail. It's not a great system, but it should help.

[Kinslayer]

"Alrighty!" said Galen, and hurried to the bridge. "When will this friggin' storm be over?" he thought, as he begun with the automatic bail.

Bemnonth: We've gone through the eye, so the storm must not last much longer. I wonder if this ship will hold!

Fallen feels the automatic bail begin to draw water from the cargo hold, as he nails another plank across and then temporarily seals it in with a type of clay. He closes his eyes.

Fallen: Slee. Now is the time. Get us out of this storm.

[Kinslayer]

The ship seemed to come back to life, like a phoenix rising from it's ashes. The storm was beginning to fade and the dark clouds were letting the sun show it's shiny face. Galen watched the sky and smiled: "That one wasn't so bad" he thought. He went to the deck, watching how the fierce storm was beginning to turn into a weak rain. But then a dark image came from the horizon...
"Seems like another ship!" said Galen "I'd better warn the Captain!" and he went to meet Fallen.

Bemnonth: Whew! Holy hell!

*Bemnonth was gazing across the ocean, the waves had turned into 5 foot sweel, enough to nausiate, but nothing against the massive hull but a lulling rocking. The clouds were dark and low, a rumble or two could be heard, idle threats. The slight patter of rain on Bemnonth's face was cool and much more tolerable than the driving nails that were moments ago berrating him. What a strange storm...*

Bemnonth: It came out of no where, and so fiercely. Now it's ending just as quickly? I've never seen such a thing... Strange indeed.

The mysterious vessel was catching up with the ship quickly. Fallen raced outside and held a slightly old fashioned, but powerful, spyglass to his eye.

Fallen: There shouldn't be any ships out this far. Fishing ships, transports, and leasure cruisers all sail close to their harbours in Creation.

Galen: Unless it didn't come from our continent at all?

Fallen: ...You could be right. We'll have to wait and see. If it's a fight they want, we're more than capable of returning fire. Tell the others to get ready would you? I imagine they'll be a little scattered after the storm.

Fallen runs over to Bemnonth.

Fallen: Good work. The wheel held.

Bemnonth: This weather captain- I've never seen anything like it.

Fallen: Yes... That's what you get when you step into the unknown. This land knows no rules... But the storm has driven us on the right course. We will be reacing the edge of the charted seas sooner than expected. Could I have my jacket please?

Bemnonth: *Handing over the jacket* you're already drenched sir, I doubt this'll make much difference.

Fallen takes out a large pistol from within the jacket. A light polished metal, it has runes carved into the survace. Fallen clicks the barrel in place yet Bemnonth can see no ammunition. Fallen nods in the direction of the incoming strange vessel, and Bemnonth sees it for the first time, startled.

Fallen: I have a feeling I'll be needing this. Few ships meet out here on friendly terms.

[Kinslayer]

Galen was heading was heading to meet his comrades, then he heard a voice: "You are not allowed to sail in this waters! Leave at once or we shall take you down!". "This is gonna be bad..." said Galen, and kept going.

Fallen: *Calling* Greetings! I did not know we were not allowed to sail here. Under who's authority are you sailing then?

[Kinslayer]

Galen watched the captain Fallen, then he watched the other ship. He waited for the response, but it didn't come out after some minutes...
"We sail upon the authority of our own! Prepare to be assaulted!"
"What's going on?!" thought Galen.

Bemnonth heard the dialect going back and forth. It was short and to the point. He raced down into the galley where he found his pistol. A 40 caliber magnum with built in silencer and 25 bullet clips. He loaded it and slipped an extra clip into his jacket pocket. He then proceeded to strap a 55 caliber shotgun to his back. It was then he heard the first shots ringing out. Cannonfire, landing close but still only soaking the crew. The second round of shots were what worried Bemnonth. A shiver of excitement ran down his back, a real sea battle was at hand! Bemnonth didn't know if he should be scared or thrilled. He decided to be both.

Fallen started barking orders at the crew hands to ready the ship's cannons, whilst the voyage party ran to fetch weapons of their own. He then stood, ignoring the cannonfire, concentrating, and shot with his empty pistol. Somewhere on the ship, a man with his cannon aimed at the hero's ship suddenly fell backwards, bleeding.

Galen watched how the enormous ship started to get close to the hero's ship. The crew members of the other ship started to jump into Fallen's ship, and started to attack. Two of them came forth before Galen, who watched them and said: "Do not underestimate me!" suddenly, from his hands, a huge blaze came out and burnt out both man, who screamed in agony. "Time to burn them out!" screamed Galen, as he went to help his crewmates.

Fallen kept up a constant, slow rate of fire, taking down the enemies on board, while moving towards the others.

Fallen: There's alot of them. We need at least one alive for questioning. I don't think these people sailed from Creation.

Bemnonth came storming out of the gallows, pistol aiming. He let loose his anger on the unwelcome guests. One ugly sailor came to close and Bemnonth thoroughly picked him up and threw him over the rail.
