I never actually saw the Phantom of the Opera. My great aunt had a CD of it that had the picture of the mask on it, and that was it. When I heard the music, it sounded kinda scary, but that mask scared the CRAP out of me. For years, if I thought about it before I went to sleep, I'd see a huge shadowy figure wearing the mask walking towards my bed. It was my version of the boogy man.

The music still creeps me out.  :x
