Does anyone know how to etch a printed circuit board without using acid?

I really don't think so.

Using the Inkjet printouts? cause they don't work...the plastic coating is so the acid doesn't corrupt it.

You bettter use plastic though, cause the chemicals will eat away the copper.

No, the problem is I don't have any acid. I just got a breadboard and I think I'll use that instead. Thanks, though ;).
