Mission accomplished. Today I woke up to my mom telling me to mow the lawn, then my dad telling me as I ate breakfast, then again when I sat down to clear the sleep out of my eyes. When I was through he wondered why I didn't edge too (he had left). Then he got onto me about me not lying around the house (in the future after I graduate) and asking a bunch of questions about the job market for network engineers.

Now I'm at work.

Definately not one of those jump out of bed, throw open the curtains while beginning a song and dance number, wild animals joyfully hopping around while a smiley faced sun grins down at me and winks as I march down main street with random people -- dropping their work, pulling instruments from God-knows-where -- joining me in my broadway number kind of days. But, it is acceptable.

Unlike most people, I'm also opting to not run out and buy a bunch of liquor today just because I can. Whats with that anyways? I knew a guy in highschool that bought tobacco when he turned 18 just becasue he could; he never smoked nor chewed.

My birthdays only involve the following birtday stuff: Getting congratulated by friends, same for family, few gifts (mostly stuff to upgrade my comp. <3 my 200GB Hard Disc of last year), pie.
