I beg to differ. If you raise it too high before you get the first badge what makes pokoman listen to you, BAM cancer.

I mean, unruley.

I once got level high before my first badge with my starter pokemon, and it kept obeying. Everybody on the internet will say the same.

There are multiple ways:

1.) *Name* Went to sleep! (It goes to sleep, duh.)
2.) *Name* instead used *Attack*! (Instead of using...slash, it uses leer.)
3.) *Name* used Struggle! (It uses struggle in stead, duh #2.)
4.) *Name* is loitering! (or something, basically it doesn't do anything)

Those are the only four I've gotten.  Feel free to add to the list is anyone else feels like it.

5.) *Pokemon used* is angry. *Pokemon used* attcked *another pokemon you have.*

You didn't get that? I used to get it all of the time. Thankfully, my Alakazam was the one he kept attcking, and Alakazam's defense was through the roof, so no damage.

the highest i've gotten my starting pokemon before the first badge was like 26-28, and at that point is was way stronger than the gyms pokemon, but it would only listen to me like every fifth turn lol (of course getting the pokemon up to that lvl took what felt like forever...
i was acctually trying to see how high i could get it before the first gym battle lol

Yeah, Alakazam was my favorite.  My first to level 100.

As for the MissingNo glitch:
L176 Mewtwo
L155 Wartortle
L199 Scyther
Pimpalicious.

Anyhoo, as previously stated, ALL pokemon YOU catch will obey you regardless of the level.  So if you want, you can spend months leveling your pokemon to level 50, and then fight the first gym leader, and they'll obey every turn.  This thing only applies for traded pokemon, both trades with NPC's in-game, or other people.

The disobeying thing sucked, I'd be like one hit away from wining and my pokemon just start dising me!

The Missingo Glitch owned...except for corrupting your save file when you saved a game with a captured one.

And you can use the glitched Pokemon in pokemon stadium 1&2. I did
*remembers the Days of owning with a Lvl.140 Snorlax that had 2 Hyperbeams, Metronome, and Fire Blast*

Which reminds me...Did anyone know in Blue and Red, JigglyPuff could use fireblast?! I was just screwing around when I gave it to it. Everyone was in for a surprise. hehehehe.

Wait... Misgno means "Missing no."? Because everyone around here thought he was just a really rare pokemon called "Missingno".

Anyway, everytime I got him, it was either a lvl 1 Ditto, a lvl 100 Ditto, a lvl 34 Rapidash or a... Missingno! Yup, it was just like him, but in the left portion of the screen, and it would make talking with people outside the battle say things like "1215~^#5hur$"^, plus you get pictures of pokemon flying and your head is cut in half.

And the game freezez after a while.

Anyway, everytime I got a higher level than 100, and wopn a battle, the pokemon would either go to lvl 1 or 100 again.

 Also, I loved duplicating itens.

Speaking of those glitches, did anyone ever hear the Yoshi glitch in red and blue? Wierd, yet it works. I followed the steps, and it worked.

Since they were released, they were trying to find mew, then some teen picked it up out of boredom and accidentally found out how to get it without trading or a gameshark-type of thing. XD

I always wondered if you could catch mew somewhere or find him through a glitch. I never found him, but that's oaky when you duplicated your LV UP 7 bijillion times and ALL your pokemon are invincible. But then it got boring, until gold and silver came out.

Anyone ever caught a "M."? Well, that's more or less what its name was, considering that the rest of his name was garbled up and unreadable. Also, I have never found Yoshi or Mew, but I bet that was pretty cool. How many of you actually trained all of your pokemon? I only remember getting my Charizard (or in the case of Yellow, Pikachu) to an unstoppable level and watching as the rest were left in the dust at level 23 or so.

Howd you do this(by thise i mean these) ive always wanted to do that. I may have to dust off the old gb fat&gray wiith some pokemon blue version lol.  Where is there like a Pokemon glitch guide?

When I was like 9, i started a new game on pokemon before i went on a trip, and the entire way there, i just built six pokemon up to levl 100 before i went to the first gym, and when I went into the fight, all my pokemon were at level 13, 6, or 66 lol. Whats up with that????

Ive had mew since forever. "Promotional giveaway" my ***.

I wont believe things like the "Yoshi glitch" until I see it in person. Screen shots can be photoshopped. It is not freaking possible to get anything other than 1st gen pokemon on red blue and yellow.

I've never even heard of the yoshi glitch...

I caught all 151 though... I cheated for mew though.. You know the certificate for all 150? It says 151 if you have Mew also..

And you know that truck next to the boat? It does nothing. I got a pokemon with cut from a friend, and skipped the boat until I got a pokemon who could swim... The truck is really there, but it doesn't do anything, trust me.. I sat there for hours trying everything.

Oh, and the glitched up one.. I caught it, didn't destroy my game. I used it in battle to.
