You can make drawings based in humor, but I think is what he means is if you wouldn't give up drawing good just so it can be 'funny'.

I mean maybe if you gave up on comedy, you might be able to do a bit more art wise. I know its mean, but you are not funny. I don't even think that its the muffin thing that kills it.

Just messing around with some blurring, swirling, luminomorphing and stuff in Photoshop.
Also, the only bad art is one that gives the impression and look that the artist didn't intend. I personally think the muffin thing sucks. The alien thing and such are how it's supposed to look, though. I would show some more pictures, but I don't have a scanner. I'll be very happy with a drawing tablet.
But, you know; people have really been abusing the "no bad art," thing. Like, some guy threw together some worm out of cement and badly painted it red. They priced it at $7000 dollars.
