laggy forum home helper

if the charas forum homepage is laggy when you log in, take these steps.
1. log off
2. click on the title of each section( ex. off topic, projects. etc)
3.put each page onto the favorates(except home)
4.log in
 after these four steps, use the links in favs as your menu system
after, you should have these pages in your favorites
1. off-topic
2. teams
3. projects
4. programming and web development
5.extra stuff
6. testing and welcome
