"Do not submit generated resources"

I've noticed people are ignoring this very blatantly.

I've noticed a rise in generated resource submissions, as well as sets that could have been combined into one set to save time.

I would ask that that people understand we want many resources, but don't just submit things to raise your number, we want some quality and effort too. Not a title screen you drew in MSpaint in like 40 seconds. The CR isn't about numbers. So stop trying to submit just anything.

ALSO, do not use JPEGs for sets unless you use somthing that keeps the quality. We can't use blurred images.

Edit: Also, don't submit somthing you can already get from a public place (ie, VGMusic). We've already had problems in the past with this.

Could it be possible to put a notice saying this up when you bring up the "upload what file" screen. I know getting ahold of Alex is kinda tough though...
