opening char sets?

how do i open the charsets, i rightclicked and then saved them, and i cant open them because"windows does not know what program created them"

When you're saving them, put .bmp at the end of the filename or it will save as .php, which cannot be used.

It doesn't save as .php, FFL2and3rocks.

Sometimes it saves as .php, sometimes it saves with no extention at all.
