There's no philosophy about a persons personality. It's either like-able, or not like-able.

I have plenty of "emo" friends that I enjoy hanging with because of their personalities, but then again, they arn't true emos. They call themselves emo because of the clothes they wear and consider themselves rebels, not because they are deeply depressed, anti-social, bitchy, and often self-damaging.

I hate true emos, because I am the polar oppisite of depressed and anti-social. I'm a generally happy and pacifist guy that craves interaction, be it via forum, IM, online game, life, sports, movies, whatever. I've almost always got to be talking to someone...

I was disliking emos before it was "cool" purely because of their bitchiness, so I don't do it because it's a "trend". However, because it's a trend now, it does make it a lot easier to make jokes about them without any of my friends getting offended.

Sometimes I'm really joyful and antagonistic and sarcastic, sometimes I'm OVERLY happy(like, a lawyer-ish creepy happy) and I take things literally and sometimes don't do what I'm supposed to do(like when the class was really loud the teacher said,"QUIET DOWN! You didn't yell in your other classes, did you?" unto which I had replied,"I did." "Who made that smart-alec comment?!" "Me!"(in a happy monotone)), and sometimes I'm depressed beyond emos.(But I don't cut myself or anything, I just think.)

...And I've been self-diagnosed with autism.(Asperger's. Yes, I'm mentally retarded, but I'm a genius.) Weird the is yes says me.
