I'm not saying have a penis isn't a burden (LOL!!!!) , but your ideas of how a person should be treated are rather.... grotesque. If a person rapes someone, yes, they should lose the right to have sex again. HOWEVER, that doesn't mean they should lose the right to their body. If you punch someone with intent to cause massive injury, should your right arm be cut off? No, you are sent to jail to learn a lesson.

Sometimes people learn, sometimes they don't. Life is unfair, but I would rather see 3 guilty men walk free then 30 inoccent men be imprisoned for life. A harsh law system means a harsh law system, not a good law system.

Well, if it were a law it wouldn't be a crime. But if too many ppl find it immoral, then maybe the death sentence, and if too many ppl still find that immoral, lock their asses in jail.

EDIT: I can see your point Meiscool. But I would hope that ppl wouldn't start hacking other ppl's limbs off for commiting other crimes. I was saying this one in particular. But I get what you're saying. It is more than possibly the wrong man could parted with his manhood. So unfortunately, the system is flawed.

They have a jury vot for the death sentence right? Well, the world has changed a lot and I know that would never become law in the US or any other major country. Too many people would be horrified by it. I still think that the person doesn't deserve to live or have those specific organs after commiting rape, especially to a child, but I get what you both are saying, especially the fact that it would simply never be considered acceptable in today's world. Atleast we know these guys will be going to jail for prolly the rest of their lives and get married to their cell mate Bubba.
