Uploading a piece of chara
« on: November 30, 2006, 11:24:21 PM »
Hey guys, hope one of you can help me out.

I made a sprite of hair that could hopefully be added to the generator online, and was wondering where to go to upload that.

Thanks!

To upload a resource to the generators, first make sure it meets the general requirements: proper size, a pure white (Color code #FFFFFF) background, and good alignment. To test all of this, simply open the generator to the section you want to upload to (Hair, body, etc.) and look at the bottom of the resource pane for a box under "CUSTOM RESOURCES".

Click the Browse button to select the resource you want to upload, and click the upload button ONCE. This is to ensure you don't upload it multiple times by accident. Once it is uploaded, you can check how it will look by selecting it like a normal resource (It will be at the bottom of the pane in the Personal Charas section).

When you want to submit your resource, click "Share my resources" and a window will pop up. Simply find and click your resource and it will be submitted for review.

And that's that. As soon as we (Read: I) can get to it, we'll review it and approve or delete it. If you don't see your resource up after a week or so, feel free to email me mentioning it.
