Final FantasyVII - And then something else...

Well, I recently spoke a Frenchman per MSN who wanted to make an RPG Maker game. Not just an RPG Maker game, a Final Fantasy game, and not just a Final Fantasy game, a Final Fantasy VII game. And not just a Final Fantasy VII RPG Maker game, a Final Fantasy VII Return of Sephiroth RPG Maker game.

If you are planning on making a Final Fantasy inspired game, don't use Final Fantasy VII. Why not?

 That's why.

There will be a new movie called Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, an official Square Enix movie. There you will find... SEPHIROTH!!! Complete with the One Winged Angel theme. So that is why you shouldn't make a Final Fantasy VII game. At least not until the movie is done. And even then it's not certain if it's wise to make a FFVII game, because there are rumours about a Final Fantasy VII-2, euh, VII-3.

i object since there's a very fine line between an "Official" FF VII game and an FF VII "Fan Game"..

but still.. now that advent children is about to be released, then it would probably be useless to make a game which events after FF VII why? cuz there's the bloody sequel already! but then.. FF VII3 Fan Games would be released =.="

I know, that's why we should wait until FFVII:AC. I mean, on DD and GW, your game would get bashed to the ground if you are making a FFVII-2.

yes i have read some were to that they might make it a sequel game but i also read it might be a remake of FF VII because they said some were that if they made a sequel they might have to go back and redo the first one i dont exactly know dont yell at me though if im wrong i only read it some were

I reached the End of FF9 and i didn't notice anithing related to other FF characters!!!

I saw in many websites tha squaresoft was making a remake of FF7 for PS2. Just like yhe ResidentEvil1 remake for GameCube.
And because many people bought a PS2 and FFX and don't care about previous FFs. maybe cause of the graphics!!!

But i'm thinking of making a FF7 related game!!! I'm going to wait for the movie and then I'm going to make a game about it!!!

but anyway Advent Children is a movie, dunno about a game yet
they REALLY should make an ff7 remake for ps2 though.
if AC isn't released here (australia) - i'll kill them!
