You know the worst part? Now that this happened, reports of the negative effects of water are abounding. But that's all bull-crap! Water is pretty much the most important thing for the human body (it can last only three days without it). And to think, people go days without it and drink only Gatorade!!

Gatorade is okay, but when you're doing excercise. Otherwise, in the long run, Gatorade is salt water, due to the electrolytes (it'll make you  thirstier (sp).

People should have the common sense that anything in excessive amounts is dangerous. 'Sides--the lady hadn't gone to the bathroom! That in itself is a rare occasion!

The only way to win that, is too.

Turn the heat up.
Eat lots of peanuts or salt.
Don't drink Tea or other things that make you need teh pee.
Eat alot.
Excersise

Well, just generaly make your body sweat the most you can.

But DON'T take E's, as that'll make you die faster. =O
