antiviruses
« on: February 02, 2007, 02:12:12 PM »
I know it's been asked a few weeks ago, but this time I really need help.

Can anybody suggest a good antivirus to me, which I can download off of the internet? I downloaded an AVG, but it's asking for a product code (F***!).

Thanks.

You sure you got the free one, cause that works just as well. It just asks to purchase every time you exit it.

CTRL + ALT + Delete, find the evil process, and kill it.

Also get AVG free, so you can scan those files you don't exactly trust.

Had a virus problem but all is back to normal somewhat but I think it had to do with how I handled my files that caused the mess...

Norton is the best I've dealt with though it isnt free...

But the ones I had that were free didnt work well since it was all manually done and relied on me remembering to check for viruses...
Anitvirus thread thingy....

Actually, out of all of the NOT FREE antiviruses, Norton is probably the worst one. Not to mention it is a major CPU hog.

All I need is AVG free and Spybot.
