Well, I've noticed that the Tales of battle characters are very popular amongst RPG makers on various sites. So I'm making battle characters out of some of the harder to find characters. If anyone has any requests for a specific tales of character, let me know and I'll make it. Some have been resized to fit properly, and some have had parts cut out to fit as well. I'm also going to be making battle animations for most of these characters as well so keep your eyes out.
Well, to get started, we have Mithos Yggdrasil, the main villain of Tales of Symphonia. He has been the toughest one to create for me as his wings often go into other frames. It took a long time but I got most of that fixed, if you see any glitches please tell me and I'll be sure to fix him. The first set of animations are his attack and skill use animations.
To follow up with Yggy, we have Mary Argent from Tales of Destiny. The first one is here skill use/item use/victory pose, and you'll notice the running animations are seperated from each other, but whatever. Here you go.
there you go.

You would honestly be better off putting them on Battle Animations, since the Battle Character Set template restricts their movements, and makes them looking bad.
Battle Animations run smooth and allow for better looking attacks.

Ah, you're using the PS2 remake of ToD? Looks nice.
Yes, apparently larger battle chars look better as animations. Keep up the good work. And do more ToD. There aren't any from the PS2 version, and the ones from the original are eh.

Did you guys not read my first post? I'm making them all in battle character sets so that you'll have them to use. Then I'm making them into battle animations so that they'll have attacks. Again, character comes first, then you get the battle animations when I finish them. A battle animation isn't worth jack if you don't have a character to use it.

I don't think you understood Dragoon de Sol's post. You do not need battle characters in RPG Maker 2k3 at all. You can have up to five battle animations playing at once in the DBS, four of which being the basic stances for your characters.

you're right, I did misunderstand. But meh, I still think they're useful as battle characters. So for anyone who wants em, I'm gonna keep making em. Next up I'm gonna be posting Judas and Elraine.
