If I were to use real music from a game, in my game. That hadn't released a soundtrack. Would I get in trouble?
Because I've been thinking about putting the Elderscrolls Music in my game. They have Morrowind's battle theme, and title music. Also Oblivions title theme, for download, on their main site. But what about the other they left out, because there are several public musics, when walking in public. Lots for battling, dungeons, like five tracks for each thing.

If you're not going to try and sell the game (And anyone selling an RPG Maker game is at least partially foolish) then there shouldn't be a problem.
