Anybody else notice the + Attack Attribute for spells is totally bugged and does not work? WTF!? I need this feature to work very bad for several classes in RoA.
Please tell me there is a patch fix for this.

Nope. No patch fix. I will tell you though, that yeah, RM2k3 is very strange when it comes to stats. For example, when it comes to special attacks, about only half of the characters attack actually influences the damage, even when set to 10.

There is some crazy german patch which actually adds a little scripting language to 2k3. that could fix it.
