This is getting ridiculous.  How do I do the whole cookie thing I need to do to be able to sign onto Charas??  I've tried multiple times to do it on my laptop.  This one isn't mine so thats why I'm never on anymore.  Can someone please guide me through it?  I have XP.

Click tools at the top and click clear private data.

And then the Cookie Monster eats them.

Yeah. I have the same problem too except with a different place. I don't have firefox though. I don't even though what they are.

You use IE? Try this: Go to your control panel (y'know. Start>Control Panel), click Network and Internet Connections, click Internet Options, and click Delete Cookies on the window that pops up.
