Well, actually, you're wrong. I did some research, due to having too much free time, and got those results:
As of now, 18 Threads were started by Miss Muffet. 15 of them were in the Request forum 2 in All of All and 1 in RP Board.
-8 of those stayed On-Topic. ( 44.4% )
-4 were unanswered. ( 22.2% )
-5 were Half On-Topic, just a bit of randomness. ( 27.8% )
-1 turned Off-Topic. ( 5.6% )

So, only 5.6% of her Threads turned out into "Nonsensicalness".
However, we could include a half of the Threads that were Half On-Topic, since they were also Half Off-Topic. We would then get 13.9% added to both On-Topic and Off-Topic. So we get these results:
-58.3% On-Topic.
-22.2% Unanswered.
-19.5% Off-Topic.

But then, the Threads that ended up unanswered can be considered On-Topic, cause there was no randomness. So we now get these results:
-80.5% On-Topic.
-19.5% Off-Topic.

So, according to these results, only about 1/5 of Miss Muffet's Threads turned out Off-Topic ( and still only 5.6% of them really turned into "Nonsensicalness" which is about 1/20 of her Threads ) which is far from being all of Miss Muffet's Threads.
